So Miley's real name is Destiny Hope Cyrus and her Dad named her this because he believed she would fill her destiny with bringing hope to the world! Well, she kind of did!! She started going by Miley when she was little because her family, mostly her Dad, called her smiley because she smiled so much, then it was shortened to Miley which she as been known as ever since! She just recently legally changed her name to Miley Ray Cyrus!
Miley was born in Franklin, Tennessee in 1992! Her birthday is November 23. Which she just recently celebrated her 15th! She lived in Tennessee for quite a few years before going of to California to audition for the part of Lily on Hannah Montana! As we all know, it turned out a little different!
